Equipping Leaders From Within
Across India and the surrounding region, thousands of villages remain unreached and millions have never heard the Gospel. The most effective path to changing that isn't sending Western missionaries. It's equipping local pastors — people who already speak the language, know the culture, and have the relationships — with the theological depth and leadership tools to reach their own communities.
That's exactly what our Bible Training Center in Raipur, India is built to do.
We recently secured our own ministry center — a dedicated facility that provides both housing accommodations and a training space capable of serving 40 to 50 pastors at a time. This building is a significant milestone. It means we can now welcome pastors from across India, Nepal, and the broader region for immersive, residential training without the barriers of cost or distance standing in the way.
How the Training Works
Our program is structured to be rigorous without being inaccessible. Pastors come to Raipur for one week each month. During that week, they complete two courses, staying on-site with housing and meals provided. After four months, they have completed all eight courses and earned their Certificate of Pastoral Training.
This rhythm matters. These aren't students stepping away from ministry — they are active pastors and church leaders continuing to serve their congregations while investing in their own formation. One week a month is a commitment they can make. And it's a commitment that changes everything.

World-Class Training Through Our Partnership with AWKNG
Our curriculum is delivered in partnership with AWKNG School of Theology, founded by the late Dr. Michael Heiser — one of the most respected biblical scholars of his generation. Dr. Heiser's work on the biblical worldview, the Old Testament, and the unseen spiritual realm has shaped the way thousands of pastors and teachers understand Scripture.
This partnership gives our students access to the same depth of theological training found in premier seminaries — contextualized for indigenous ministry in South Asia and delivered in a format that works for leaders already in the field.
These are not abstract concepts taught in a classroom disconnected from reality. This is scholarship that shapes how a pastor preaches, how a church planter understands the spiritual landscape of their village, and how a leader disciples the next generation of believers.
Who We Serve
To date, we have trained 80 pastors and ministry leaders — men and women — representing congregations across central India and beyond. As we expand, our Raipur center is becoming a regional hub, drawing church planters and pastoral leaders from Nepal and surrounding nations who otherwise have no access to formal theological education.
These leaders are already serving. They are already leading. They are already planting churches in some of the most spiritually and economically underserved communities in the world. Our role is simply to come alongside them — to give them the theological tools, the biblical grounding, and the confidence to go deeper and reach further than they ever could before.

Pastor Hiraj Gardiya

After a profound encounter with the presence of God, everything changed. He committed his life to Christ, was baptized, and began studying the Bible. Today he faithfully shepherds a growing congregation of 40 families in Raipur — and through our training center, he is being equipped to go even deeper.
Pastor Surendra Nand
Pastor Surendra lost his parents and older brother, yet out of that grief planted a church and began ministering to the disabled. Today he leads a congregation of over 140 members with active ministries for children, youth, and women. Training like this gives leaders like Surendra the theological foundation to sustain and multiply what God has started.
Pastor Benjamin Soona
Pastor Benjamin oversees 109 churches in his regional association. One pastor. One hundred and nine churches. The multiplying effect of equipping a leader like Benjamin is difficult to overstate.
