At Labor of Love International Ministries, our journey began more than 30 years ago when Pastors Wayne and Diana Lanier founded our organization. Their passion for orphan ministry and dedication to foster care spans a remarkable 25-year legacy.

Championing Foster Care: Their commitment to foster care runs deep, having adopted five of their six children from the foster care system. They understand the joys and challenges of adoption intimately.

Advocacy and Leadership: From leading foster parent associations to coaching foster and adoptive parents and advocating at the government level, the Laniers have been in the epicenter of life and ministry around foster care, adoption, and orphans.
